Challenge #191: On the Streets

I captured this photo while driving through one of the tunnels in the Baltimore/DC metro area last summer. I’ve always been a huge fan of photos depicting movement, especially those that feature city lights with moving cars. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to get a shot like this, since the tunnel had less traffic than usual.
